Youth Business Caribbean (YBC) is a dynamic network of independent organizations spanning Anguilla, Barbados, Dominica, Jamaica, St. Lucia, and Trinidad & Tobago. As outlined in our Charter, we are dedicated to supporting young people (ages 18-35) in developing their entrepreneurial skills and launching sustainable businesses. Our collective mission is to strengthen the ecosystem for young entrepreneurs across the region.

We believe that powerful partnerships are the cornerstone of this mission. YBC is able to drive meaningful change – fostering youth entrepreneurship, reducing youth unemployment, and playing a vital role in developing the Caribbean economy – because of the invaluable financial contributions, expertise, and collaborative spirit of leading companies in the Caribbean and supportive organizations around the world.
